This process includes, but is not limited to the following:

Sealing off the Hvac system in the affected area.

Setting up a plastic containment built out of 6 mil sheet plastic to separate the affected area from the none affected area.

Setting up a negative air machine to maintain a negative pressure inside the containment during the remediation process. This unit is exhausted to the outdoors.

After verifying that our negative pressure is good and our containment is sound we start the demo process.

Controlled demo starts with removing all porous building material, e.g., mdf trim, drywall, insulation, that is affected with actual mold growth.

Sand or scrub and simi porous and non-porous building material, e.g., solid wood,
concrete, cinder block.

Detailed vacuum of everything inside the containment.

Treat with a plant based sanitizer and a full wipe down of every surface inside the containment with micro fiber towels.

Allow the negative air to run for 24 hours then we come back and do the whole cleaning process over again.

Allow the negative air to run for another 24 hours.

Have a third party mold inspector do a post remediation verification.
