This process includes, but is not limited to the following:

 Set the crawlspace under a negative pressure

Remove any trash, insulation and construction debris

Sand or scrub all surfaces affected by mold growth

Vacuum or air wash all surfaces

 Treat with a stain remover if necessary

Install vapor barrier with a thickness minimum of 6 mil. Sealing the seams and wrapping up the foundation walls and sealing the top of the plastic.

Install a dehumidifier of the customers chose and seal off foundation vents to control the humidity.
